2008 CEVA Member Registration

If you are registering to participate in the Volleyball Festival this summer please select the Summer/Outdoor Membership $25. If you register for a full membership your club will be held accountable for the full amount.

Electronic Signatures come to Online Registration

1. Be aware that with electronic acceptance it is important that adult members register themselves and that a parent/guardian registers a junior player.

2. With the Online Signature the individual completing the registration for a junior player is representing that he/she has legal capacity and authority to act for and on behalf of the minor.

3. Coaches and Club Directors should not be registering their players. If they do, a paper waiver must be printed, signed and included with the team coversheet along with and additional $5 administrative fee. If the Club Directors have access to a computer lab you might have a parent computer registration night.

4. When using the Online Signature to verify who is filling out the form, the Adult or Parent/Guardian will be asked for their Driver's License or State ID number, so have it on hand before starting the process.
