From I-5 Southbound:
Take exit 260A (Salem Parkway).
Follow this into downtown Salem area; follow the signs to Oregon Coast/Dallas.  At the Marion St. light turn left onto the bridge and get into the left lane, following the signs for Hwy 22.  Approximately 5 1/2 miles from the bridge turn left at the Independence sign.  This will be Hwy 51.  At approximately 6 1/2 miles, you'll come to a 3-way stop, turn right-this will be Monmouth St.  At the 16th St. light, turn right.  And at the first driveway turn right.  Parking for the gym is on the backside of the school.

From I-5 Northbound:
Take exit 228, and go west on Hwy 34 toward Corvallis. 
Once in Corvallis, turn right onto  Hwy 99, and follow into Monmouth. 
At the first light in Monmouth (Burgerville on the right-hand corner). 
Turn right-this will be Main St.  Stay on this and it will turn into Monmouth St.  At the 16th St. light-turn left.  And at the first driveway turn right.  Parking for the gym is on the backside of the school.
